Time schedule

The REACh regulation already came into force on 1 June 2007. Pre-Registration starts on 1 June 2008 and will finish on 1 December 2008. Depending on the tonnage of substances, the notification for classification and labelling inventory has to take place between 1 January 2010 and 1 June 2018. For more details, see the chart below.
